Callahan Contends He Shot Pollock Accidentally

A third murder trial continues in Clearfield County for Andrew Callahan, who was charged with the death of Micah Pollock back in November 1997. Callahan was found guilty of Pollock’s murder in 1998 and in 2007. Previous testimony had revealed that Callahan had threatened to kill Pollock of he did not stay away from his ex-girlfriend. Callahan contends that he shot Pollock accidentally. Testimony Tuesday included a former Medical Examiner from Allegheny County and a Toxicology Expert.
