Thursday, July 29, 2010

Hunters looking to participate in this year's Pennsylvania elk season have until august 27th to submit an application through the Pennsylvania Game Commission's automated license system. Applicants must pay a $10.70 non-refundable application fee to be included in a drawing. On September 10th, the Game Commission will hold a public, computerized drawing and will award 50 elk licenses. The first 17 drawn will receive a bull elk license and the next 33 drawn will receive a cow elk license.

How do you feel about the extreme temperatures this summer?
I love the heat;
bring it on!
I don't mind it.
It's a little too
warm for me.
Urgh, I hate it!
Bring on the snow!
