STATE COLLEGE - Penn State trustees will meet this weekend to consider whether to ratify the school's consent with the NCAA's imposed penalties. Board Chairwoman Karen Peetz sent an e-mail yesterday (Thursday) to fellow trustees that said there was confusion about how Penn State accepted the sanctions. A notice on Penn State's website says the Sunday afternoon telephone conference will be broadcast live online. The school accepted the penalties, but some trustees and alumni have reacted angrily.
